If you’re not already familiar with our work, All The Elements is a nonprofit community of individuals leading the way on access and representation for underrepresented and systemically-excluded groups in the UK outdoors.

We are the only organisation operating in the UK outdoor sector supporting grassroots changemakers working across all disciplines and all diversity areas to sustain and scale their work and connect more people with nature. You can find out more about us and the team on our About Us page.

On this page, you can find our current and previous Impact Reports.

Impact Reporting

All The Elements is a Community Interest Company (CIC), our four CIC aims are:

  • Capacity Building: Support for leadership, community group and project development

  • Amplification: Amplification of underrepresented individuals and groups in the UK outdoors

  • Online Resources: Provision of online resources

  • Peer-to-peer Support: Provision of networking activities to connect individuals and groups working across diversity areas and across the outdoor sector to share best practice

Every year we put together a report that shares how we are delivering on these aims, and more, to meet the needs of our community.

“The importance of community is vital to maintain hope in a sometimes very challenging environment so having events like The Summit where you can skill share, learn and just exhale within that community and the safety it offers is an experience I carry in a piece of sea glass that I will always be able to access when my battery needs a recharge.”

- Community member and The Summit 2025 attendee.

“Being in a leadership position can be stressful and lonely, and having the opportunity to take a weekend to connect with others in the same situation, reflect on our practices and be given the opportunity to learn and grow is invaluable.”

- Community member and The Outdoor Connection 2025 attendee.
